Today I arrived and met with Gregg. I completed the fall evaluation today, I verified system performs very well, and is safe during operation. I flushed the water removal system in the attic and treated it, I also washed outdoor system using water. System is fully operational and winter ready, upon departure left system operating in cooling mode set to 78.

Today I arrived and met with Mr dunaway. I completed the fall evaluation. I verified the unit performance and that it is safe during operation. No carbon monoxide detected during operation and customer has a good detector in home. I cleaned the flame safety system while in attic today. Upon departure left system in auto mode cooling set for 78.

upon my arrival, I found that the water removal system was backed up, causing water to overflow into the emergency drain pan. I spoke with the customer about the different options for repair and they chose to go with HF3A then performed the repair and cleared the water removal system, and also blew some compressed air through the emergency drain line so it would flow out of the Home. Before I left the home a verified that the system was coming on and operating

Upon my arrival I found that the heat transfer media coil is extremely restricted causing inadequate air flow which in turn is causing the heat transfer media coil to freeze over. I spoke with the home owner and he would like the options emailed over. Advised on leaving the system of completely unit a cleaning can be performed.

Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about her concerns on the HVAC backing up with condensation. I found that the water removal system was clogged and the drain pan has a significant amount of zooglea build up. I spoke with the customer about recommendations on the heat transfer media coil needing to be pulled and chemically cleaned as well as adding in IFLO pro. Customer chose to move forward with the options so I performed her heating evaluation today and will schedule a return date to perform both repairs. During the heating evaluation I found everything operating properly at this time.

Today I arrived and met with Mrs Deleon. Today I evaluated customer concern. I found 2 extra contractors outside at the outdoor unit. System wired backwards, start kit wired to fan, checked capacitance and found good, checked windings of motor and found good. Found indoor breakers tripped, heating kit is shorted. Gave Mrs Cora an option of repairing heater however the outdoor system is using R22 and is low on pressure. With that being said I highly do not recommend making any repairs to system, customer agrees and would like consultant Plat Daddy Daryl on scene to give estimates. Please call asap to get scheduled, also email heat kit estimates please Left all breakers off and system in off position.

Upon my arrival I found that the indoor air movement system was losing communication. I tested the wiring harness coming from the main control board and verified it was getting the proper DC voltage. System was getting the correct DC voltage which leads to the air movement system being faulted. I went a picked up an aftermarket evergreen motor under warranty and installed it in the air handler. Verified it was rotating in the right direct and then I proceeded to test the system. Found that the system is operating properly at this time.

Today I arrived and met with the Wilkinson’s. I evaluated customers system for performance and safety, I flushed water removal system while in the attic, I also cleaned the flame safety system. At this time I noticed that the combustion burner system shows signs of rust and I went over the photos with customers as well as options. At this time the customer is saving to purchase a second vehicle. After the purchase of another vehicle the customer would like to look at the options more closely. For now please email estimates over. Upon departure system is left in cooling mode set to 78, currently 79 inside.

Performed the heating evaluation on the heat pump system. Found everything operating properly at this time.

Upon my arrival in Cedar Creek I found that the voltage distribution system was faulted not allowing the proper voltage to bring the outdoor condenser on and the voltage enhancement system was very low. I spoke with the customer about their different options for repair and they chose to go with HD4C. I performed the repair and installed a new voltage distribution system, voltage enhancement system, redid wire terminals, washed the system off and tested all operations. Found the system to be operating properly at this time.

Upon my arrival in Cedar Creek I informed the customer what I would be looking over on their heat evaluation today and asked if they had any concerns on the system. They had no concerns at this time so I performed the heating evaluation on the furnace system. I found that all safeties, pressures and amp draws are operating within manufacturer specifications. Once the evaluation was completed I spoke with the customer about the importance of them having a carbon monoxide detector in the home. This is something they said they can install themselves. I also spoke with them about Reme halo and they are going to look into it. I will follow up Friday to see if they have any questions or concerns about the options.

Upon my arrival in Cedar Creek I performed the heating evaluation, I spoke with the customary and asked if there were and areas they had concerns on with the HVAC system and she had no concerns at this time. I found everything operating properly on the heat pump system at this time.

Upon my arrival in Cedar Creek I spoke with the customer about what would be performed during the evaluation today and asked if there were any areas he would like me to take and deeper look at. There were no concerning areas the customer could think of so I performed the cooling evaluation. During the evaluation on the air handler I found that he heat transfer media coil is dirty, the air movement system is dirty and there is bacterial growth inside the air handler. I moved to the outdoor system and found everything operating properly at this time. Spoke with the customer about different options on the cleanings and went over Reme halo options. He is interested in the Reme halo and having the system cleaned but needs to speak it over with his wife. Will need to email options over so they can discuss it and will follow up in a couple days.

Upon my arrival in Cedar Creek I spoke with the customer about the concerns on their HVAC system. Customer stated it sounded like the indoor unit was having a hard time starting up. I started my diagnostics at the indoor system and found that indoor air movement system is as faulted. As it is as trying to power up it kept surging and could not get itself up to the proper RPMs to get going. I spoke with the customer about their different options for repair and they chose to go with HC13D. The supply house had everything I needed instock to perform the repair today. I went and picked the parts up to perform the repair. When I returned I removed the air movement system and installed a new air movement system, new main control board, surge protection, redid wire terminals, washed the condenser off, checked the pressures and checked the outdoor condensers components.

Upon my arrival in Cedar Creek I performed the cooling evaluation on both HVAC systems. I found everything to be operating properly on both units. During the evaluation I found that the Reme halo for the down stairs system was not operating. I checked voltages coming to it and found that they were good and the unit itself had gone out. I installed a new Reme halo under the 1 year install warranty and tested its operations. Found that everything is operating properly at this time. I spoke with the customer about iFLO pro and it’s not something he is interested in at this time but will think about it for the future.

Upon my arrival in Cedar Creek, I spoke with the customer to see if they had a concerns tor areas they would like me to take a deeper look into on the evaluation. They did not have any areas that were giving them any issues. I them performed the cooling evaluation starting at the air handler in the attic. I found that the filter needs to be changed and the indoor air movement system is dirty. Moving to the outdoor system I found everything operating properly on it at this time. The system is cooling properly at this time but I do recommend changing the air filter, having the indoor air movement system chemically cleaned and adding surge protection to the system.

Upon my arrival in Cedar Creek we performed the cooling evaluation. During the evaluation I found that the voltage enhancement system is low and the voltage distribution system is chard/pitted. I spoke with the customer different options for repair and he didn’t like any of the options on repair. He understands what could have if either of the components are to fail and that the repair options can be higher if the system is to go down after hours. He mentioned wanting to add a mini split system to his shop and would like a comfort specialist to come out and quote what that would be.

Today I arrived and met with the Gonzalez's. I investigated their concerns.. Concerns were that hvac system continually leaks H2O in attic, it’s leaking out of unit and staining the plywood, it’s also coming through the Sheetrock downstairs. Immediately I realized system is not level and condensation is filling up the right side of the pan, the supply plenum is saturated, the unit uses an “A Frame” style evaporator, and the evaporator is not converted to the Horizontal Right orientation as stated in the instructions manual for the system. Outdoor unit is not level, there is copper that is almost smashed flat outdoors, and the system inside is a 4ton outdoors is a 3ton with a conditioned space of 2800sqft. Moving forward I will be consulting my supervisor on the correct course we should follow in correcting customers concerns.

Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about his concerns on the HVAC system not working. I performed a diagnostics a found that the voltage conversion system was faulted not supplying 24 volts to the comfort control systems. I spoke with the customer about his different options do repair and he chose HD9B. I performed the repair and finished installing the comfort control system that the customer had. Tested the system and found everything operating properly at this time. Customer’s equipment is getting aged so he would like a consultation on a system replacement in January when the new equipment comes out.

Upon my arrival in Cedar Creek I spoke with the customer about what was going to be done on her routine maintenance today. She had a few questions and concerns before I got started today. Her first concern was a clicking sound coming from the indoor air handler when it comes on. Second was there are 2 rooms that get warmer than the master bedroom but said it’s been like that for years. Third was is she should be pouring something down the water removal system to keep it cleared. The clicking she was hearing is something that is normal when on the system when the thermostat sends a calling for cooling. I took a look at all of the duct work we installed and found that it was all good and sealed tight. I checked the air coming from each vent and they were all cooling the same. The rooms that stay cooler have a higher pitched ceiling then the other 2 rooms which allows for more space for the heat to rise to. The attic insulation is also old and recommended having new insulation installed.

Today I arrived in Cedar Creek and met with the homeowners. I completed the cooling evaluation, I tested system for safety and performance. System is performing well, I flushed the water removal system, I washed the outdoor unit using water and then I treated outdoor unit electrical cabinet with electrical insecticide. Mr Wier did not have any concerns, system is operating well, maintaining good power, I did mention to the customer how the outdoor unit seems to vibrate and you can feel it through the walls. This is something to keep an eye on if it worsens, upon departure system was cooling and I left thermostat set at 76 currently 77 indoors.

Upon my arrival in Cedar Creek I met the tenant and he also had concerns about the heat not working as well as the original issue with the a/c not working. I had the customer show me where everything was then proceeded to start diagnosing the system. While I was diagnosing I found that the refrigerant circulation pumping system was locked up. When I took the amps on the system they were extremely high when it was trying to operate indicating that the system is locked up. There is nothing I will be able to do today to fix this issue. I went and spoke with the home owner Ilene and her daughter Shirley about my what I found and brought up the tenants concerns about the heat not working as well. I recommended that not putting a bunch of money into the system given its age and condition. They would like to have a comfort specialist come out and quote a new system for the home.

Upon my arrival in Cedar Creek I spoke with the tenant about any concerns she may have with the systems operations. She said that a couple of rooms weren’t getting as much air as the others. I was going to take a look in the attic but the room that she pointed out was on the other side of the home and the way the roof is designed there was no access to get over to it. I recommended that she dampen down a few vents that are getting to much air into certain areas to help with the air flow into the other rooms. I then proceeded to perform the evaluation on the heat pump closet system and found that the indoor heat transfer media coil and the air movement system are dirty. I then moved to the outdoor condenser system and found all components to be operating within manufacture specifications. I spoke with Teresa about having the heat transfer media coil pulled and cleaned. She would like to have the options emailed over so she can view them.

Today I arrived in Cedar Creek and verified customers concern, outdoor fan inoperable. Found that the outdoor fan has failed at this time, with customer payment and approval I replaced the faulted exhaust system, installed new voltage enhancement and distribution systems, and redid all the wiring terminals for the high and low voltage, also deep cleaned outdoor system and treated it for electrical insecticide. Afterwards I finished the cooling evaluation and flushed the indoor water removal system and tested performance and safety. Performance is doing well, system is quite dirty with signs of bacteria on air movement system and the coil itself, will email over options of cleanings and prevention.

Today I completed the evaluation in Cedar Creek. I tested performance and safety of the system, I also flushed the water removal system and washed the outdoor unit using water, I finished up by treating outdoor electrical cabinet with electrical insecticide. Went over options with the customers in regards to maintenance and at this time they would like to have them emailed over. Upon departure system set to 78 and currently 73 inside
