Today I arrived and met with mr and Mrs schock. I completed the HVAC Evaluation today of 3 systems. 90% gas furnace underneath home in crawl space, ductless living room unit and ductless bedroom unit. All 3 units perform very well and the safeties are proper. I washed both outdoor ductless condensers using water today and cleaned the indoor filters as well. I spoke with customers about performing cleanings on indoor units and installing Reme Mini Phi Purifiers for the ductless units as this can prolong the yearly cleaning intervals. Please email estimates, upon departure I left the central unit off and ductless units left on 72 in cooling.

Mr. King, as you're aware not all companies are created equal. We've been in business for 40 years and only employ the best techs and ensure that they are highly trained. We stand by our diagnosis and respectfully disagree with our competitor's opinion. You do have a leak on the indoor portion of your system and it will remain an issue that needs to be resolved. I went ahead and sent you the video that my tech took of his leak detector detecting the leak. I encourage you to show that to this other company and have them explain it.
Today I arrived in La Grange and evaluated the customers concerns. Communicating system was completely operational with no active alarms or faults within the system, and it passed the refrigerant charging sequence. I contacted Daryl and he recommended that I reach out to Russell from tech, Russell tech-support Stated when the system ambient temperatures of 109 like yesterday, it is not going to keep up. Also verified all the data I had compiled through various tests. On the Mitsubishi system, I low pressures with customers approval. I added 2 pounds of refrigerant and then I performed a leak search. I found the indoor evaporator coil leaking refrigerant, Moving forward, I am awaiting pricing and availability from the manufacturer and will be calling the customer back once I receive it.
Upon my arrival changed all the filters and checked the leaking air ducts. Will be getting quotes together for replacing the diffusers in the back room of the bakery and the one above the table to the left in the bakery. The 16” duct that supplies the main shopping area that is leaking has no insulation on the metal duct. Recommend having someone come out and spray foam the outside of the duct to prevent condensation build up.
Upon my arrival in La Grange, I found that customer has placed the battery backwards on the controller, fixed battery and found that the A/C system was low on refrigerant added back 1 pound of refrigerant and performed a leak search was not able to find the leak at this time. Upon my arrival in La Grange, I found that the voltage enhancement system was faulted. Spoke with the customer about their different options for repair and they chose to go with HN13D. Upon my arrival in La grange, I performed the A/C cooling evaluation on the attic furnace system and found everything to be running the best it can. The system is a 2006 R22 system. Recommended that they have a comfort specialist come out and quote them for a new system when I noticed that the pressures were a little off. For the temperature it is in the home and outside I had a high super heat showing me that the molecules are starting to break up on the refrigerant and not cool as well. Will need to set up a time for Daryl to come out and give them a quote for replacing the system.
