Upon my arrival in Flatonia and I spoke with the customer about the concerns he was having with HVAC system. I checked the damper control and found that it was operational but the main zoning board was sending constant signal on both power to open and power to close terminals. This was causing the damper control to malfunction and stay closed. I spoke with the customer about his different options for repair and he chose to go with HZ2A. Will be ordering the parts Monday and getting with the office about scheduling the return. Currently left the faulted damper in the open position. The home is still cooling at this time. Customer also chose to sign up for our maintenance program.

Today I arrived and met with Mr and Mrs Isom. I verified the concern of error code 83-56, also found error 83-16. I began checking outdoor compressor vfd connections and verified tight connections. I checked resistance and found inconsistencies, manufacturer states at 36k BTU it should read about .45. I couldn’t believe it my big blue eyes were looking at 130 ohms I just had to tear this unit apart to inspect and find some answers. Anywho, I climbed inside unit and removed compressor plug to find it was totally burnt. The internal pins were corroded and charred, the compressor terminals themselves were corroded as well, my resistance values straight off the terminals read .48/.47/.46 that all looks good to me. I called Russel and left him a beautiful little 3 minute voicemail with all data, I questioned his advise on continuing with just a harness/or replace both harness and compressor. Upon my arrival in Flatonia I performed a cooling evaluation found that both systems are very dirty, made recommendations to customer for a cleanings, went over the options he needs time a make a decision. .

Upon my arrival in Flatonia I found that the float switch was stuck so I performed a cooling evaluation on the system and found everything operating properly at this time. Customer may call in one day to ask about a consult on adding a system to the upstairs portion of the home.

Upon my arrival in Flatonia, I found that the refrigerant circulation pumping system is faulted. I spoke with the customer and let them know I would have to get them repair quotes when the parts houses open back up on Tuesday. Customer also wants a consultation set up to see what it would look like to replace the system over repair. Will need to schedule for a comfort specialist to come out. The issue is on the down stairs system.

WO-TNFR303160 upon my arrival in Flatonia, I found that the plenum had come part from the A/C unit, the drain line was backing up, and the system is dirty. System is slightly low on refrigerant also. Recommend HK2 repairs he choose HK2C . Connected duct work and blow the drain line we need to return recommended safety switch on the upstairs system he was not interested on that repair at this time. , to do a cleaning on the downstairs system, need spray 35/5 cap, float switch duct sealant. We also need to adjust the charge on both systems. Charge 125 per pound.

Performed heating evaluation on system, found all components running and operating properly at this time.

Performed diagnostic on system, found voltage enhancement faulty. Voltage engage system was covered under the HN13E purchased last year. Performed repairs and checked all operations, all running properly again after repairs were performed.

Performed maintenance on complete system, found system and all components running and performing properly. I found the filters in the home were very dirty, so I pulled them and showed the daughter, she said she would have her mom pick up new filters to replace the dirty ones.

Performed HK2A repairs. Cleaned indoor heat transfer media coil and cleaned out coil pan and water removal system. After cleaning coil I checked all systems and components of unit, all running and operating properly at this time.

upon my arrival to flatonia, tx., i Performed maintenance on both complete ac systems. Found both ac units running properly and performing up to manufacturer specifications.

I performed the cooling evaluation and found that the system is operating properly at this time. I was able to clear the drain out very well and there was a lot of buildup in the drain line I flushed with co2 and water and got alot of buildup out of the line. I did notice that the client was using a cheap filter that doesn’t filter very well and it was dirty. This is the root cause of the drainage issue. I let the client know I recommend using a pleated merv 8 filter so it will keep a lot of the dust out of the system. I also found that the indoor heat transfer media coil is starting to get some buildup on it and I would recommend cleaning as soon as possible. Please send the quotes over to the client and I have also instructed the clients daughter to let her mom know to call me if she has any questions.

Arrived for the AC system repair. I found that the air conditioning system was now working due to a bad voltage enhancement system. I spoke with the client about her different options and she chose the hn13e for the repair and the maintenance program. I replaced the voltage enhancement, voltage distribution, added performance enhancement, redid wire terminals and cleaned the system. After the repair, I turned the AC system on and made sure it was cooling properly. There is water in the emergency pan from her son who poured water into it the last time a home warranty came out and found the drain line clogged up. She said her son will remove the water today.
