Upon my arrival in Cedar Creek, I spoke with the customers about their concerns on the mold build up inside the system. They had a mold expert come out and he had told them the poor air and mold was within their HVAC system. I took a look at everything they had concerns about. I then went over Reme halo with the customers and how it’s beneficial to the system. Will email options over and follow up with the customers on Monday to see which option they would like to go with. Also spoke with the customer about maintenance program.

Upon my arrival I performed a heat evaluation on the furnace system. Found that everything is operating properly at this time. The customer asked about my recommendations on whether or not the ducts needed to be cleaned. When I check the vents and the duct work I found that they were not in need of a cleaning and relayed this to the customer.

Upon my arrival I performed a heat evaluation on the heat pump system. During the evaluation I found that the heat transfer media coil was not properly converted for a horizontal to the right coil. I removed the air movement system and corrected this while on site. After the correction was made i proceeded with the evaluation and found that everything is operating within manufacture specifications at this time.

Today I arrived and met with Candy’s Daughter Veronica. I investigated the customers concern, I found that the indoor PCB was in alarm for No Communication between the Air Movement System and the Board. I contacted the manufacturer and found that the unit is out of warranty, went over pricing with Candy via phone call and was given approval. Today Candy paid 10% deposit for the repair, and moving forward we will be calling to schedule repair when parts arrive. Upon departure system was left in the off position as it’s currently inoperable.

Today I arrived and met with the homeowners. I completed the fall evaluation today, I began by verifying system performance and that it’s safely operating. I flushed the water removal system today and treated it. I also washed the outdoor system using water. During inside evaluation I noticed a mildew odor from the unit, they’ve had issues with drains before and underneath becoming wet which has insulation that has been wet before. The air movement system needs cleaning out, I recommended installing a purifier as well. Please email the options over to the customer. I cleaned off the flame safety system while onsite today, and verified filters are clean. I did note some rust accumulated around burners and we should keep an eye on this as it’s 14 years of age. Upon departure left system in cooling mode set for 72 currently 71 inside.

Today I arrived and met with Mrs Julia. I completed the fall evaluation today of the homes hvac system. I began by verifying system is operating safely with zero c.o detected. System is performing well, customer had 2 concerns today. C/s humidity seems to be off it often feels muggy, and that the fan is very loud. I verified concerns and found that the Ecobee was off by 5%rh and 2 degrees temperature. I made the appropriate corrections, I also noticed the fan was indeed loud, through all settings of speed the motor itself is loud and the sound it produces is as if there is no lubrication within bearings. In continuation of the evaluation I cleaned the flame safety system while onsite today and adjusted gas pressures to unit specifications. Moving forward I’ve placed the order with the manufacturer on replacing the indoor air movement motor, will be calling customer to schedule once we receive motor sometime next week. Today I arrived and met with Mrs Powell. Customer concern of error 41 blower motor fault, c/s that her husband had been up and looked at the unit when it happened and they decided to shut unit off and call us. I investigated concern and placed unit on, unit began operating and no error was present, I found error history with the alarm showing happened yesterday 11/24/24. At this time the motor is using proper power and its communication is proper as well as the high voltage. At this time didn’t give pricing for the concern due to unit being operational. If this persists we can then begin the idea of replacing components or coming back if the error remains active. Upon departure left system operating in cooling mode set for 76 currently 80 inside.

Today I arrived and met with Dan. I completed the fall evaluation of the customers HVAC systems. Beginning with the primary home both upstairs and downstairs units were tested for performance and I verified the systems are safely operating that also goes for the guest house unit as well. I flushed and treated all units water removal systems, I also washed all outdoor units primary house and guest house. Today I didn’t have any recommendations all systems are operating very well, upon departure left the primary home units on in auto mode, and left the guest house set to 65 in heating mode, currently 65.

Today I arrived and met with Troy. I completed the fall Evaluation by testing the performance of the system and verifying system is operating safely at this time. Unit performs well and is in good condition considering age. I flushed and treated the water removal system, washed outdoor unit with water and treated it with insecticide. Upon departure system is left in cooling mode set to 80 currently 74 inside.

Today I arrived and met Sam. I completed the fall hvac evaluation today I verified system is performing well and is safe during operation. I flushed and treated the indoor water removal system and washed the outdoor unit using water. I also treated outdoor electrical panel using electrical insecticide. At this time I have no recommendations system is doing well, upon departure left system in the off position.

Systems air movement system needs to be pulled and chemically cleaned. The 20x20x4 air filter is dirty and needs to be replaced as well. Spoke with the customer about my recommendations today and she will get the filter changed but does not have the funds currently to move forward with any cleanings.

While washing the outdoor system I noticed it has quite a bit of algicide build up on the heat transfer media coil. I spoke with the customer about recommendations on having a chemical cleaning performed to help keep the system operating efficiently. Due to the system having a dual stacked coil it makes it difficult to get all the way through the coil with only water. The chemical cleaning will help break the algicide from in between the fins and allow for much better air flow through the system. Customer would like the quotes emailed over so she can look them over and think about what she wants to do.

Today I arrived and met with Gregg. I completed the fall evaluation today, I verified system performs very well, and is safe during operation. I flushed the water removal system in the attic and treated it, I also washed outdoor system using water. System is fully operational and winter ready, upon departure left system operating in cooling mode set to 78.

Today I arrived and met with Mr dunaway. I completed the fall evaluation. I verified the unit performance and that it is safe during operation. No carbon monoxide detected during operation and customer has a good detector in home. I cleaned the flame safety system while in attic today. Upon departure left system in auto mode cooling set for 78.

upon my arrival, I found that the water removal system was backed up, causing water to overflow into the emergency drain pan. I spoke with the customer about the different options for repair and they chose to go with HF3A then performed the repair and cleared the water removal system, and also blew some compressed air through the emergency drain line so it would flow out of the Home. Before I left the home a verified that the system was coming on and operating

Upon my arrival I found that the heat transfer media coil is extremely restricted causing inadequate air flow which in turn is causing the heat transfer media coil to freeze over. I spoke with the home owner and he would like the options emailed over. Advised on leaving the system of completely unit a cleaning can be performed.

Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about her concerns on the HVAC backing up with condensation. I found that the water removal system was clogged and the drain pan has a significant amount of zooglea build up. I spoke with the customer about recommendations on the heat transfer media coil needing to be pulled and chemically cleaned as well as adding in IFLO pro. Customer chose to move forward with the options so I performed her heating evaluation today and will schedule a return date to perform both repairs. During the heating evaluation I found everything operating properly at this time.

Today I arrived and met with Mrs Deleon. Today I evaluated customer concern. I found 2 extra contractors outside at the outdoor unit. System wired backwards, start kit wired to fan, checked capacitance and found good, checked windings of motor and found good. Found indoor breakers tripped, heating kit is shorted. Gave Mrs Cora an option of repairing heater however the outdoor system is using R22 and is low on pressure. With that being said I highly do not recommend making any repairs to system, customer agrees and would like consultant Plat Daddy Daryl on scene to give estimates. Please call asap to get scheduled, also email heat kit estimates please Left all breakers off and system in off position.

Upon my arrival I found that the indoor air movement system was losing communication. I tested the wiring harness coming from the main control board and verified it was getting the proper DC voltage. System was getting the correct DC voltage which leads to the air movement system being faulted. I went a picked up an aftermarket evergreen motor under warranty and installed it in the air handler. Verified it was rotating in the right direct and then I proceeded to test the system. Found that the system is operating properly at this time.
