Today I arrived and met with Joe. I completed the fall evaluation today of the homes hvac systems. 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs both located within separate attics. I treated the water removal systems on both systems today, I verified the units are safe and that they are performing as they should. I noticed both indoor filters for each unit is clean at this time and I didn’t need to change them today. Upon completion I left system upstairs set to heat on 69 currently 68 upstairs and downstairs to heat on 71 currently 69 downstairs.
Today I arrived and met with Edward. I completed the fall evaluation today. I verified system is safely operating gas heat with no c.o present in home. System performance is low, I noticed that the fuel delivery system is faulted as it has no change in gas pressures between hi and Lo stages. I gave customer options for repairs and at this time he is going to seek out other quotes. He will let us know if he decides to go with us. Upon departure left system operating in auto set for 64 heat and it’s currently 64 inside.
Upon my arrival in Cedar Creek I performed the fall evaluation on one heat pump system. During the evaluation I noticed the water removal system did not have a vent pipe, the Reme halos bulb has gone out, the high voltage coming into the air handler is not secured well, the outdoor disconnect needs to be replaced and the voltage distribution system was faulted. Today I replaced the voltage distribution system under the customers extended part warranty. I spoke with the customer about the other issues I had found with the system and he would like all the options emailed over. I also went over iFLO pro due to the customer stating they have had drainage issues when the system is cooling. Completing the evaluation I found that the system itself is operating within the manufacture specifications at this time. I recalibrated the comfort control today as well. will have to get with Daryl about the Reme halo bulb to give customer options between LED upgrade vs bulb replacement.
Upon my arrival in Cedar Creek I performed the fall evaluation on one straight electric heat system. During the evaluation I found the heat transfer media coil and the air movement system to be dirty. I also found the water removal system is not ran properly. However the system is still operating the best it can given its age. I spoke with the customer about my findings today and informed them the cleanings are not something we would be able to perform due to the positioning of the system. I also went over the age of the equipment. Customer would like the office to reach out and set up and consultation. When the consult if performed Daryl will have to look at and quote running the water removal system properly.
Today I arrived in Cedar Creek and completed the fall evaluation. I verified indoor unit is safely operating and that it’s performing very well. I flushed the indoor water removal system, outside I washed the unit using water and treated the electrical panel. Today I recommended replacement of outdoor voltage enhancement system as it is currently out of tolerance and the unit is consuming greater power at start up than what it’s rated for. Please email the customer the options so they can review further. Upon departure left system operating in heating mode set for 67 currently 72 inside.
Today I arrived in Cedar Creek and met with the customer. Concern, of downstairs unit not heating. I verified concern and found that the outdoor heat pump was not turning on. I found that the outdoor voltage distribution system was completely faulted. With customer approval I replaced the faulted component and tested unit operation. System is performing well, pressures are good. Spoke with customer about the maintenance plans that we offer and agreed to email over pricing for all 3 units. Upon departure left system operating in heating set for 68 currently reading 70.
Today I arrived in Cedar Creek and completed the fall evaluation today. I verified system is safely operating as there is no c.o detected while in gas heating mode. I verified system performs very well and is rust free. While inside I cleaned off the flame safety system. I spoke with Stephanie about renewing the maintenance plan and she said she will call the office. Upon departure left system operating in heating mode set for 75 currently reading 77 inside.
Today I arrived in Cedar Creek and met with the customer. She asked upon arrival for me to reinsulate outdoor copper line, customer provided insulation. I agreed to wrap the insulation however to do so properly I’d have to rewire outdoor control wire, customer agreed to option price and I completed during evaluation today. During evaluation today I verified system performance and I tested the safety of the system and it’s operating well and in-fact safe at this time. While indoors I flushed and treated water removal system. Outside I washed the unit using water and treated the electrical compartment. I did note that the voltage enhancement system is out of tolerance outside this was recommended previously, upon departure I left system operating in heating mode set for 72 currently at 72 inside.

While onsite I flushed and treated the water removal system, I also washed outdoor unit and treated the electrical panel. Upon departure customer re enrolled in the comfort 1 plan, I left thermostat following schedule currently set at 72 in heat and it’s reading indoor 73 currently.

During evaluation I flushed and treated the water removal system, I did notice today there’s a good amount of dust build up on the air system and recommended a cleaning, I also noticed the flame safety system is beginning to become pitted, I did clean it today while onsite however I did give the customer some options on maintenance for replacing the safety and cleaning of the burners as they are beginning to show small amounts of rust.

I completed the fall evaluation today by testing all gas heating operations I verified the system performance and I verified it’s safely operating with no carbon monoxide detected. I treated the customers water removal system while in the attic, I spoke with the customers and went over the condition of the unit. I explained the unit is from 2001 and it appears to be in good shape and the air movement system does have some dust and debris on it. I also explained they are well over the average age of the unit being 7-15yrs with this in mind I recommended leaving unit alone until it’s time to replace. Upon departure I left system set to heat mode at 68 degrees currently 70 inside.

The customer asked about my recommendations on whether or not the ducts needed to be cleaned. When I check the vents and the duct work I found that they were not in need of a cleaning and relayed this to the customer.
Upon my arrival I performed a heat evaluation on the heat pump system. During the evaluation I found that the heat transfer media coil was not properly converted for a horizontal to the right coil. I removed the air movement system and corrected this while on site. After the correction was made i proceeded with the evaluation and found that everything is operating within manufacture specifications at this time.
Today I arrived and met with Candy’s Daughter Veronica. I investigated the customers concern, I found that the indoor PCB was in alarm for No Communication between the Air Movement System and the Board. I contacted the manufacturer and found that the unit is out of warranty, went over pricing with Candy via phone call and was given approval. Today Candy paid 10% deposit for the repair, and moving forward we will be calling to schedule repair when parts arrive. Upon departure system was left in the off position as it’s currently inoperable.
