Today Rodrigo and I arrived and met with Mr Santiago. We immediately verified customers concern of no cool air, we found all to be proper within the attic unit. We placed system into test mode and inspected outside. We verified system power and verified voltage enhancement system, next we began monitoring operational pressures. We immediately noticed our main refrigerant pressure control is faulted and not performing accordingly. After updating customer and inquiring of parts customer gave approval for repair. Today we have ordered the replacement parts, upon arrival dispatch team will be contacting customer to have repair completed. Upon departure we advised customer leave unit off, if they happen to need heating they are aware to use EM Heat.
Today I arrived and met with Tom & his wife. I completed the fall evaluation of the homes HVAC system. I turned on heating and tested all functions of performance and tested the safeties. System performs well and is safe. I also washed the outdoor unit using water and treated the electrical compartment using electrical insecticide. I gave customer bacteria prevention options and at this time they are considering HH14C. Please email my estimate to them, they will talk over more seriously and call in with approval. Upon departure the system is left in cooling mode set to 76 currently 74 inside.
Today i arrived and met with the homeowners. I completed the fall hvac evaluation at this time. During evaluation I tested heating system performance and found it performing well, all safeties are intact and working. I flushed water removal system while in attic and changed filter provided by customer. I also washed outdoor unit using water and verified all is in working order for heating season. Upon departure I left the system control set to 80 in cooling mode.
Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about his concerns on the hvac system freezing over. I performed a diagnostics on the system, checked the amp draws, temperature split, pressures and air flow of the system. I found that the air movement system kept surging while I performing the diagnostics. Upon further inspection I found that the air movement system is faulted. Spoke with the customer about his different options for repair and he chose to go with HC6E. We will need to schedule a return date to perform the repair and customer would also like window units if the repair can’t be done soon.
Upon our arrival in Manor we recovered all of the refrigerant, removed the faulted refrigerant pressure control and installed the new one. Installed new inline filter dryer then purge and pressure tested the system with nitrogen. During the pressure test we found that the gasket that came with the refrigerant pressure control was not sealing properly. Evacuated the nitrogen, installed a new gasket and added nitrogen back to the system for another pressure test. Insured that the gasket was sealed proper and continued with the timed pressure test. Found the pressure test to be good, evacuated the nitrogen and put the system into a vacuum. Once system came down to below 500 microns we added 8 pounds of clean R410a refrigerant. Installed a new voltage enhancement system and redid the wire terminals. Turned the system on for the performance and safety testing, found everything to be operating properly at this time.

Upon my arrival I found that the zoned closet unit was not coming on. Checked for proper voltages at the system, the zone board and the thermostat. I had proper voltage coming into the zoning board but did not have the proper voltage coming out of the board to the equipment. Found the manual for the zone board in the closet and went through and made sure everything was wired in properly and the settings were set properly. Everything was set up the correct way. All this points towards the zone board being faulted. Spoke with the customer about their different options and they would like the quotes emailed over so they can look them over and follow up with the insurance to see if they are going to cover the repair or if they will have to cover it. Client also wants quotes sent over separately on surge protection in case they do not go with one of the top options that add surge protection to the system. I updated the email and phone number on file. The correct email to send everything to

When I arrived I found that the outdoor unit for the 3 zone system was not operating. There were no visible fault codes on the condenser. I then reset the system and it came on. I checked the operation of the system and found it cooling properly. When I connected to the indoor u it it stated. There had been several communication faults but did not say a date. I let the client know if this keeps happening we will have to replace the wire from the indoor to the outdoor and place in conduit because it is a communicating system.
