Upon my arrival in Paige I performed a 6 month check up on one heat pump system. During the evaluation I found the indoor heat transfer media coil and the air movement system are both dirty. I also found some bacterial growth inside the air handler. Moving to the outdoor system I found everything operating properly in both the performance and safety aspects of the unit. I went over Solaris and chemical cleanings with the customer as well as the financing we offer with our options. She would like the options emailed over so she can have her daughter look at them with her and will possibly come into the office with help on the financing if she decides to move forward. I asked about renewal and she would like to wait until it’s closer to the renewal date.
Travis does a great job and so very helpful.

Upon my arrival in Paige I found the wire terminal going to the voltage enhancement system for the air movement system was burnt not making a good connection. For my benefit to further diagnose the system I replaced the burnt terminal and tested the system. I found the reason the wire terminal burnt is do to the air movement system being faulted. I left the temporary repair for the time being so the tenants will have heat with the current weather moving in. Moving forward I will be getting in contact with the manufacturer in the morning to verify part availability then emailing the repair options to the landlord. I let her know what was going on. I informed her that once part availability is confirmed we will email the options over and she will talk with the owners. System is currently operating but no guarantee it continues to do so without repairs.

Upon my arrival i started with the furnace repair HM8D. On this repair i installed a new combustion exhaust system, new burner assembly, new orifices, new fuel delivery line from the shut off valve, resealed all gas fittings, pulled and chemically cleaned the air movement system, redid wire terminals and installed a new pressure limit switch. After repairs were performed I leaked searched each connection for any gas leaks. Once the system was clear of any gas leaks, I then proceeded to perform a performance and safety testing on the furnace. I checked all amp draws, adjusted fuel pressures, tested for carbon monoxide and checked the temperature split. I found that everything is operating properly at this time. Moving to the barn I performed repair HC12A under the 10yr p&l on the mini split system. I pulled the system apart and installed the new air movement system. Put the system back together and performed a performance and safety testing. I found that the system is operating properly

Upon my arrival in Paige I found the safety float switch inside the air handler had malfunctioned causing the system to lose its low voltage upon call for heat or cool. I also found the insulation inside the air handler had come unglued from the side walls and was causing a major restriction on the air movement system. I spoke with the customer about the restriction the system currently has can cause major damage to other components on the system if not corrected. Customer chose to move forward with having the insulation secured properly to get the heat back on for the tenants and will replaced the safety float switch at another date. I secured the insulation back the walls with strapping and adhesive spray then tested the system. Found everything operating properly at this time. System is also extremely dirty and needs to be chemically cleaned.

Upon my arrival in Paige, I spoke with the customer about the concerns they were having with the mini split system. Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about the concerns they had with the indoor air movement system not shutting off. Gustavo L. came out to perform the semi-annual maintenance on the AC unit I purchased from Centex in 2021. He arrived within the appointment window; was friendly and professional. After finishing the maintenance, he went over what he did and what his findings were. He answered my questions; and also told me about their HALO service without being pushy about it It was exactly what I wanted and have come to expect from Centex. I also appreciate that Centex sends me a text with the photo of the service technician about 20 minutes before the technician arrives.
