Today I arrived and met with Shelly, I completed the heating evaluation today. I verified system gas pressure I also verified system is safe during heating operation. Afterwards I verified system performance and I also cleaned the flame safety systems today. Upon departure left system in heating mode set for 72 currently 73 inside.

Today j completed the heating evaluation of Ms. Boyd’s system. I verified system performs well and it’s safely operating at this time. During eval I noticed one of the vents had a water bottle in it, I removed it for her lol. Upon departure I left system in auto mode currently 73 inside.

Today I arrived and met with Ms. Corby. I completed the fall evaluation today. I verified system performance and that it’s safely operating in heating mode with zero c.o detected during operation. While in attic I cleaned the flame safety system and flushed the water removal system. I noticed the rubber boot for the flue had droplets of condensation so I inspected and found a small amount of gunk collected within it. I changed customers filter today provided by the customer, upon departure left system in heating set to 69 currently 73 inside.

Today I arrived and met with Mrs Pam. I completed the heating evaluation today. I cleaned the flame safety system while onsite I also verified home is safe during heating operation with no c.o detected. System performance is well, customer had no complaints today. Upon departure left system in heating mode set for 70 currently 70 inside.

Today I arrived with Kenneth and completed the fall evaluation of the customers system. I verified system performance and that it is intact safe during operation. I flushed and treated the water removal system while onsite today. I spoke with Kenneth about the unit being dirty and possibly cleaning it. I also spoke about the unit age and with that being said customer is gonna hold off on maintenance and he’d prefer to find out a price of the replacement. Customer request to have Daryl scheduled to come out end of January or beginning of February for consultation. Upon departure I left thermostat in the wake schedule set for 68 currently 68 inside.

Upon my arrival in Smithville, I spoke with the customer about the repair being performed today. I removed the faulted air movement system, installed the new air movement system, new blower wheel, new voltage conversion system, new surge protector, new float safety switch, rerouted the wires for the float safety switch to make it more uniform installed performance enhancement system on the outdoor condenser and redid wire terminal inside the air handler. I was unable to replace the easy select board on the system due to the boards new design. We will be returning to install the new board once the undated mounting bracket comes in. I tested the system and found everything operating properly at this time.

Upon my arrival in Smithville, the customer had concerns about the system control going blank when they would place it into cooling. I found that the float switch was tripping due to the drain line being back up. I performed the heat evaluation and cleared the drain line for them. During the evaluation I took a look into the drain line and found that it has spots where it belly’s down. I finished the evaluation and spoke with the customer out what I had seen with the drain line. He is going to take some wood into the attic and level the drain line out. If the system backups again they are going to consider having iFLO pro installed on the system. Currently everything is operating within manufacture specifications.

Today we arrived in Smithville and met with the customer. We completed the fall evaluation of the system today. We verified system performance and hat it’s safely operating. We also completed control update to version 4.66. We flushed and treated the indoor water removal system and washed outdoor unit using water. After the software update completed on comfort control I ran into an issue with the touch screen non responsive. I spoke with Jeff at tech support and after 3 power cycles the touch screen began working. Jeff advised if it’s persistent in future to replace the control unit. Upon departure left the system in auto mode 67 in heat and 72 in cooling system is currently reading 71 inside.

I'm working in Smithville, TX this afternoon. I performed a critical heat pump diagnostic and compressor repair for a residential client. I identified a refrigerant leak, replaced the expansion valve, and restored full system functionality.

Today I arrived in Smithville, I completed the fall evaluation of the customers system today. I verified system is performing well and that it’s safely doing so is gas heating operation as there is zero c.o measured within the home during operation. I cleaned the gas flame safety system while in attic today, I took note and spoke with the customer about the ducting system as its original to the home please see the attached photos. Customers are aware the ducting system condition and have been working towards the replacement of it, the customers are interested in financing of the ducting if possible. Please email the estimates to the customers for their review, they will be calling once decision has been made. Upon departure system is left in the off position currently 70 in the home.

Today I arrived and met with the customers. I completed the fall evaluation of both up and downstairs systems. I verified both units perform well and the safety systems are proper. I also flushed and treated the indoor water removal systems. Outside units have been washed using water and treated for insects. Upon departure I left both units operating in auto mode upstairs currently 72 and downstairs 70.

Today I arrived and met with Dean. I investigated concerns of Hester smoking. I also completed the evaluation today, I verified heating system is safe and fully operational. I always tested the system performance in heating and found that it was operating well and the safety systems are intact. Customer signed up for maintenance and today was the first evaluation of his plan, indoor heat exchanger needs cleaning and wants to get it cleaned at the next evaluation. Upon departure left system set to 65 and in off position.

Today I arrived and met Charlie. I completed the fall evaluation today. I verified system performance and that it’s safely operating at this time. I also flushed and treated indoor water removal system, I washed the outdoor unit using water and applied electrical insecticide to the electrical compartment. System is running well with good pressures did mention that there is a large ant trail around outdoor unit. Left systems operating in heating mode set for 70 currently 71 inside.

Today I arrived and met with Mr Jones. I completed the heating evaluation today and tested the system performance, I verified that the unit is operating safely in heating mode with zero C.o detected as well. While onsite I verified that the combustion system is totally proper, I also cleaned the flame safety system at this time. Upon departure left system operating in auto mode 77 cooling and 68 heat, currently 69 inside the home.

Today I arrived and met with Mr sager. I completed the evaluation today verifying system performance as well as its safety during gas operations. I found good temperature rise and gas pressure, I did notice that the combustion system is experiencing some rust and the flame safety system is a bit worn. I brought this to customers attention and he chose to approve HM6C. Will be ordering parts and calling to schedule the return once parts have arrived. Upon departure left system in off mode.

Today I arrived and met with Mrs Lourdes. I evaluated the homes hvac system today and verified its performance and that it’s safely operating. I treated the indoor water removal system and washed outdoor unit using water. During evaluation I spoke with customer about the inefficiencies of the older the unit and the refrigerant that it uses. Customer is considerate and will be open to replacing/upgrading equipment within the next year. I also changed customers filter today while onsite. Upon departure left system in off mode currently 67 inside.

Today Travis and I arrived and met with Mrs Kocian. We came up with a remedy to alleviate the water removal system issues and today we executed that repair. We widened the hole behind wallmount unit and re oriented the piping, we also secured and hung the piping to maintain downward slope. Afterwards we tested repair and stress tested the drain pan and the unit was able to drain 2 gallons successfully without any issues whatsoever. We then completed the fall evaluation of the unit, verified system performance in heating mode, flushed and treated the water removal system. Verified system is safely operating at this time, then we washed the outdoor unit using water. Upon departure left system in heating mode set for 75.

Today I arrived and met with the homeowners. I completed the fall evaluation of the upstairs and downstairs systems today. I flushed the water removal systems and treated them. I verified they are performing well and safe during operation. I washed outdoor units using water and treated with insecticide. Upon departure left upstairs unit set to cooling on 80, and downstairs cooling on 75 currently 74 inside.

Upon my arrival i performed the heating evaluation on the furnace system. Found that everything is operating properly at this time.

Today I arrived and met with Sophie. I investigated concern and found packaged unit for downstairs was not heating. During investigation I found a broken wire on a flame safety system, I cleaned the rust and replaced the wire ends with approval. Afterwards tested heating operation and system began heating, I checked 15 times or more starting and observing ignition sequence. System hasn’t failed once to heat. I tested home for carbon monoxide and found none systems safely heating the home. Upon departure left system in heat mode set to 70, currently 70 inside.

Today I arrived and completed the fall evaluation. I tested system and verified its performance as well as its safety during operation. While in attic I treated and flushed water removal system, outside I washed the system using water. System is fully operational and safe at this time, upon departure left unit operating in cool mode set for 75 currently reading 75.

Today I arrived and met with the Dunaways. I installed Reme Halo LED on both of the systems within the attic, one for upstairs and the other for downstairs. After installation I verified the operations of the Rene’s and system. I completed the fall evaluation of both furnaces within attic as well. Systems perform well however are not necessarily proper nor efficient, I say that because the Natural Gas to Propane conversions were not installed properly at the time the original contractor installed the furnaces. This is causing back pressure within burners allowing flame to travel to the manifold of the nozzles. I made customers aware and gave them an estimate to correctly install the conversion kits properly for both furnaces. For now I left systems gas supply on as it’s been in operation like that for 2 years, however customers should look to approve this repair sooner rather than later. At the time of departure I left systems both in auto mode upstairs is currently reading 68 indoors

Today I arrived and met with Miss Vera, What a sweet old lady getting to come out here today really brightened my day. Miss Vera has had some issues going on with this drain coming off of this ductless indoor head, I investigated the issues and I found that the condensation drain line slopes upward, causing an upside down P-trap basically. So when the pan gets full enough, it starts to drain outside but nowhere near fast enough Then it begins to leak, causing the customers concern. Made a phone call and spoke with Mr. Platt daddy Daryl official himself, I explain to him what’s going on and what’s causing the customers concerns and he reassured me. We will take care of this situation and get it fixed up for the customer. I left the customer with the expectation that Daryl will be calling her per Daryl‘s instructions.
